CHRIST THE WORD

John 1:1-18      

1. In the beginning was the Word; 

The Word Who was in God's presence.  

The Word was God; 

Through Him all things were made.  

Nothing was made without Jesus.   

2. We found life in Him: 

Life for the light of us all.  

The Light shines through; 

The darkness did not win.  

The Light of Life is Jesus! 

Rejoicing, we celebrate our King!  

He won the victory!  

In His name, the victory is ours: 

Jesus our Savior forever. 

3. Jesus came into the world; 

The world which through Him was made.

They knew Him not;  

They did not turn to Him: 

The Light of the world Who is Jesus. 

4. Now we've become God's children,

Through Him Who dwelt among us.  

Enduring love has filled us all.  

We've seen the glory of Jesus! [CHORUS ]

WE WANT REVIVAL

Ezra 9:6-9          

1. We blush to lift our faces to You

For our sins have risen 

Higher than the sky.

But in Your mercy 

You've shown us revival.

Renew our hearts again!

We want Revival.   

Pour out Your Spirit.

Let our hearts burn for You once again.

We want Revival   

In the name of Jesus our Lord.

For our hearts, for our Church, 

And for our land.

2. Your commandments are great,   

Almighty God.

These are the floodlights 

For our walk with You.

For You are a holy, awesome God!

Renew our hearts again.  [CHORUS]

Revive Your remnant, O God!
